The Fishermen's Memorial was commissioned by the Lake Erie Fishermen’s Association to commemorate their fishermen who had been lost at sea. The work has been sculpted to express free spirited individuals, unified in the physical challenges of the fisherman’s dangerous lifestyle.

The bronze sculpture stands at the pier in Port Dover Ontario.
